At t4h., International Women’s Day is more than just a date on the calendar—it’s a powerful reminder to celebrate, uplift, and support the women who shape our lives, workplaces, and communities. This year, we chose to honor the occasion in a meaningful way by stepping outside our daily routines and giving back.
Our t4h. team visited ACAIS (Association of the Support Center for Elderly People of Sanjoanense) and CERCI (Cooperative for the Education and Rehabilitation of Citizens with Disabilities), bringing not just flowers but also time, conversations, and appreciation. These associations play a crucial role in supporting and empowering individuals who have given so much to society. Listening to their stories was a testament to resilience, strength, and wisdom—reminding us that empowerment is not just about looking forward but also about honoring those who paved the way.
As part of the celebration, we also took a moment to appreciate the amazing women within t4h.—those who drive our vision, shape our success, and inspire us every day. Their dedication and expertise continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible, proving that innovation and progress flourish when diversity and inclusion are at the core of a company.
